why I’m not able to access my account
today I opened my Shopify cuz I was busy yesterday so I could not open my account
and found this after paying you guys one pound then I can’t open my account it looks like Shopify is a scam.
what’s the point of buying a subscription when guys don’t even provide service after that?

Are you able to check the email linked to your store for any correspondence from our team? There may have been an email sent to your inbox regarding your store showing as unavailable. If you’re unable to locate an email in your inbox, I recommend creating a support request through the Shopify Help Center so a member of our internal team can take a closer look into your account. Through our community forums, we are unable to authenticate accounts or access account-specific information.
When accessing the Shopify Help Center to receive support, you’ll need to log into your account, select a topic and proceed to the following page to view our available contact options.
