My store was closed while I was updating my credit card information

I spoke with three Shopify chat chats today. But still no answer. My problem has been reported to the support team, but there has been no response for 18 hours. I don’t know if I made a big mistake… I can’t open my live chat store. Shopify redirected it to another team. I’m waiting for the mail.

I’ve been a Shopify user for 2 years. And I want my website to open.

I had until September 20. I owe $118.17.

My old card had its limit (last four digits #9448) full. So I wanted to enter a new card. (If you want the card I bought in June, I can send the bank documents)
I got an error while entering this new card information. ‘We do not accept this card’ I tried the same card 1-2 times and then my account was closed.
There was a payment deadline until September 20.

It would be great if we could fix this issue quickly. My website has been inactive for 18 hours. I’m having problems with my customers

I just want to know why my website is down, what’s wrong? What is my fault here? What have I done ? I don’t know why my store is closed. What mistake did I do? I don’t understand. I swear I tried to enter new card information.

I did not receive a message that my store was fully closed. Only my store is inactive.
