My website doesn't show up on any browser from my Mac, But it works on my iPhone

My Shopify domain will not open in Safari, Chrome, Duck Duck Go or any other Browser after editing it in Shopify on my Mac. But it will open on my iPhone. I don’t have problems with searching for anything on those Browsers EXCEPT my Domain. It comes back saying CAN’T CONNECT TO SERVER. But it will work fine on my iPhone. I have to edit my Shopify webpage then go to my phone to check my edits.

If you haven’t done so already, I’d encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. This will help to determine whether the error is related to the browser itself or Shopify. For ease, I’ve gone ahead and listed a few steps below that you can attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
  • Try Another Device (i.e a cell phone).
  • Try using Another Broswer (i.e Safari, Chrome, or Firefox).
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.

As you aren’t experiencing any issues on your mobile device however, this likely indicates it is a browser issue.
