I create handcrafted silver jewels in india and have a shopify website, but wish to run ads in usa and uk, how should i reach my target customer ?? N what type of ads should i run?

I would not start directly in US or UK, as your suspension risk is pretty high. The best option is to first start advertising in India, and do this for about 6 months. Then once you have done this, expand to new countries.
How many merchants I see that get suspended, because they are starting in a foreign country is very high. Google sees this as high risk, hence why there are so many suspensions.

From my experience with Google Ads, it might be difficult to be profitable with Google Ads on the specific items you are selling. Start with a very small budget in your country using “Google Shopping Campaigns” and see what results you are getting.
It might be a better idea to start first with Meta/Instagram
