I wanted to know what policies and conduct do we need to follow to keep our store active. I have read a few posts about the store being taken down for no apparent reason; I don’t want to run into a similar situation by unknowingly violating a policy and resulting in my store being taken down. So could a Shopify expert or community moderator shed some light on this and help me understand?, so I can avoid any future challenges in my way!
There are instances where a store may be taken offline or provided a warning should the store not adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. If you’re in a region where Shopify Payments is supported and you use Shopify Payments, then you’d also need to adhere to the Shopify Payments Term of Service. I’d recommend reading through them to see if anything sticks out to you to see if anything may conflict with your store and its products.
