Need help with an internal server error

We are receiving some internal server errors while hitting the GraphQL API and would like some assistance with identifying why they were happening.

Here are some request IDs to refer:

  1. c64373aa-bf3f-4220-95ff-b0df555a9536
  2. e3f349db-5379-4594-909e-e3deb6141e88
  3. 8ad6d93f-1a7d-4f04-8f9f-67a296104737
  4. 8e0d1d26-3af1-4a83-997e-34df2051c5f8
  5. de853e8e-53a8-448d-88ad-600f0dd868b5

Also it would be helpful if someone could direct me to a quicker method to reach support for internal server errors instead of community & email support.

Hey @suryarajendhran ,

Thanks for posting.

It would be helpful if you included more information about that call you are making with GraphQL, the error code you received, along with the timestamp (date and time) that coincides with the error. With this, we should be able to attempt to test and replicate on test stores. I ran a few of the request ID’s you provided above and they returned no results so exact information is extremely helpful.

Should this require an authenticated look at a store, this would require contact via email / chat as this can’t be accomplished in a public forum.

Thanks,

KN
