NEED URGENT HELP WITH FILE UPLOADING ISSUE

I have spent so much time now trying different alternatives and nothing is working, i need my files to be uploaded I have already just spent so much money on ads and this has happened.

I feel like there is an issue with Shopify’s website or the download app cause this cant be on my end i have checked everything and even reduced the file size and I’m still getting the same constant message???

Have you tried some troubleshooting steps already? If not yet, kindly try to troubleshoot first by switching to a different browser, use other device, and clear your cookie and cache.

No I’ve used a different download app but i will try that ( except browser changing because I like using Google Chrome instead of Explorer )
