Hello Vanessa, great question.
I would setup a performance max campaign, because targeting people can come from all sorts of search terms, that you may not think about.
Ensure to add specific ad assets for each artwork, or if you have more products for each category. So create a new add asset, for each category, then add unique headlines, descriptions and images for that specific category.

If you have slow sales, like less than 30 per month, include add to cart conversion as a metric for the campaign, but make sure you set the sales value for add to cart to $1, otherwise you will bloat up your costs.
