got an email that my account and routing changed effect 4/1/2025. with an attacked letter from shopify saying I did it. Anyone else had this problem??? No one at shopify will help me with any details. what can I do since only robots work in tha chat and you cant get a call

Hey there @tired could you send in a screenshot of the mail you got from Shopify? Also, what mail account did it come from? If it happened to be a Gmail account, then it’s likely a scam mail.
