New store domain redirecting to old store domain

I had an old shopify store: https://playzi.shop/.

I bought a new domain on the old shopify store, transfered it on the new shopify store:

www.jumelles-vision.com

But unfortunately, i can’t reach this new store because it always redirect back to the old store.

(You can try to reach www.jumelles-vision.com you can’t)

You will need to login to your domain host and check for a redirect which you may have configured in your DNS records

Ah ok! in this case

For the old store (playzi.shop):

  1. Log in to the Shopify admin for playzi.shop
  2. Go to Settings > Domains
  3. Find jumelles-vision.com in the domain list
  4. Click on the domain and select “Remove” or “Disconnect”

For the new store:

  1. Log in to the Shopify admin for your new store
  2. Go to Settings > Domains
  3. Verify jumelles-vision.com is listed as “Connected” / Is the Primary Domain
  4. If not, select “Connect existing domain” and follow the prompts

If your domain is already connected, try the following:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains

  2. Click the domain that you want to make the primary domain.

  3. Click Change domain type.

  4. Select Primary domain.

  5. Click Change domain type to save.

I think the issue is that this domain is connected with the old store

It’s working for me actually! - Your DNS has likely not propagated - try from your mobile device off of WiFi , or try changing your computers DNS to google DNS and test again

on a private window it work but not on a normal one !! its soo weird. What should i do?
