So a few weeks ago I created a Shopify account for my company and during that time I’ve made about 20 sales. Today I sat down to do the fulfillment and I was successful at printing out six labels and on the 7th I got a weird message saying

“Shipping labels are temporarily unavailable. We are verifying your account before you can purchase shipping labels.”

But I’d already printed out and purchased six of them. Support doesn’t seem to know what to do and could not provide me anytime frame on when this will be resolved. Is this a common problem for new shops?
