I have been having issues this morning purchasing shipping labels and wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue? Every time I go to purchase, it takes a bit to load and then the page reloads saying there was an problem buying the shipping labels. It then says review order details and try again.

Any suggestions on what to do? Seems that it may be a connection issue with USPS and Shopify?

Hmm, I got to print out 3 labels and then it and back to the same error.

Hello everyone, has this been fixed? we just tried printing usps labels and it’s 2/13/24 and it is flagging the same error from last week for us. If there is a workaround (other than purchasing externally) please do share. Thanks!

Same issue now as of Feb 14, 2025 if anyone is searching online having shipping label issues. Have not been able to purchase labels for last 96 hours. Have been going back and forth with support with little to no updates from them on when to expect resolution.
