I am trying to move my newsletter sign up in line with my footer menus. I have done it in the past, but can’t remember how I did it! Would someone be able to help me out? Please see screenshots of how I want it and how it is now. Thanks so much.

To remove your newsletter sign-up section on Shopify, go to your Shopify admin and click Online Store → Themes → Customize. In the theme editor, scroll to your footer section or wherever the newsletter appears, then look for a block or section labeled Newsletter, Email signup, or Newsletter form. Click on it and select Remove section or Remove block, then Save your changes.
I think you have solved your issue as newsletter is in same line now
