I’m using Blockshop theme which I upgrade to Shopify 2.0 version. Now according to the Shopify documentation here :https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/customizing-themes/storefront-filters
I should be able to set up filters.
But when I go to Online Store-Navigation there is NO Collection and search filters section or options at all.
I have got in touch with the authors of the theme who say they can’t work out what is wrong, to ask Shopify. Any ideas? Filtering is v important…

is there an option to activate filters that are not supported by the theme?

I’ll note that the documentation does say that this feature is limited to stores with under 1000 products in their catalog, so that might be the issue. How many products do you have in your collections?

I have same issue.
I have official Shopify 2.0 themes installed, including Dawn and I can’t see the filters in the “Online Store > Navigation” Section in the Admin backend.
I’ve raised it with support and they have escalated it, but it is still not resolved.
