This is happening to any image uploaded since yesterday to any product, new or old. The new images uploaded do not show on the product page although the number of pictures detected is correct:
Check the file format and size of the images: Shopify supports JPEG, PNG, and GIF image formats, and the maximum file size for each image is 20 MB. Make sure that the images you are trying to upload meet these requirements.
Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, an issue with caching can prevent images from showing up on your website. Try clearing your browser’s cache and refreshing the page to see if that resolves the issue.
Check your theme settings: Some Shopify themes have settings that control how product images are displayed on the storefront. Go to your theme settings and make sure that the image settings are configured correctly.
Check your website code: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be an issue with your website’s code. Contact a Shopify developer or Shopify support for assistance with troubleshooting this issue.
Hope this can help. Let us know if you find anything.
The truth is that our file size and format are as always (this is the first time we are facing this situation). And we use to induct new products on a weekly bases.
We have tried cleaning caché and in 4 different browsers.
Store and theme configuration hasn’t changed regarding pictures/images.
I’ve tried to use an old theme but that results are the same which makes me think it’s not code related.
I am having a similar issue that started within a few days ago, where older products are unaffected and newer ones are limited to eight images and multiple of the “No Images”. I started another thread here.
