Not able to see discount combination option in Shopify Plus

Hi there,

I am trying to combine discounts in Shopify Plus but there is no combination option for my stores. I have one store still on Shopify (not plus) and can see the option there.

Is this not available for all Shopify Plus merchants?

Can you elaborate more on what kind of Discount combinations do you need in your store ?

2 x Product discounts. The cart has main products and samples. The samples are discounted automatically with the main products. And the main products will be discounted with a code for a special event.

But I actually cannot physically see the option to allow combination in my ShopifyPlus store.

You can combine the following classes of discounts:

  • order discounts with free shipping discounts
  • product discounts (buy X get Y, amount off) with free shipping discounts
  • product discounts with other product discounts

Currently, order discounts can’t be combined with product discounts.

e.g
Product discount + Product discount (applied to different products)
20offPants + 10offShirts
20offPants and 10offShirts offer discounts to different items in the same cart.
