I have my product page url

I can see it fine, however some of the visitors cannot see it, they have an error message Not found - the page you were looking does not exist ( see picture attached )
I don’ t have any clue where it is coming from, any helps would be appreciated thanks

Are you able to advise what browsers the visitors used when navigating to your product page URL? Is this issue affecting all visitors and customers or just specific visitors/customers?
On my end, I was able to navigate to the product page URL you shared. I accessed this page on an iOS device using a Safari browser and a desktop device using Google Chrome. I’ll share a screenshot below of what I’m viewing on my end in Google Chrome.
I’m also able to click on this specific product page directly from the homepage with no issues.
It sounds like this may be a local issue as I am unable to replicate the display issue. In the meantime, I would recommend clearing the cookies and cache or trying this specific page in an incognito browser or a different browser.
Lastly, I’d love to hear more about how you started your business. Do you design the products yourself and are you looking to add more products to the website?
