Not receiving authentication codes to log in

Does anyone know the answer to this? Can anyone direct me to a LIVE HUMAN BEING THAT COULD HELP? Obviously, I can NOT log in, so I don’t need suggestions that involves me to be logged in. I tried everything as far as troubleshooting. Nothing is wrong with my phone, I’m receiving other texts just fine. I’m paying money for service, but can’t get a live person to contact. I’m tired of the robot. I’m thinking this page is useless as well. Full of robots. I just need another way to get in my account

Are you unable to log in to your Shopify account
And it asks for authentication codes but you are not receiving them via SMS

If that’s true, I’ve had the same experience before

The only thing I can do is wait
After a while, I create another account, change my phone number
While creating an account, there will be a code being entered
Remember to save that file for future use

That’s all my experience
