Notification Templates

Hi all,

I am hoping someone can shed some light on this…

When a customer submits a website enquiry and I respond to the email, it sends back to them very strangely (see image).

I am not sure how long it has been like this (perhaps forever!) or if it is due to some tweaks I made in the notification templates a while back… I can’t remember what I exactly did. I’m using the minimog theme - can anyone help?

Is this problem only occurring when using Apple Mail?

Yes it is! Just checked gmail and outlook and they are fine

Oooff. That’s unfortunate. It’s an Apple Mail issue, unfortunately. I’m not sure if you can do something to fix it.
