Notifications to staff account when products are sold

Hi,

My problem is the following:

I have a logistic partner who is a “Staff account” on my Shopify store. When my client buys a product from the store (bundle which includes several products) → my logistic partner would love, if He gets a notification which tells: What product He should collect to create the package.

So the bundle (A) includes 3 different products (B, C and D) and when customer buys the bundle A:

  1. The notification is sent to the logistic partner, like: "The product A is sold. The bundle includes products: B, C and D

What would be the best way to do that? I have 5 bundles so I need to send max. 5 different mails.
