Hi, @JordanDe . Rio here from the Shopify Community team.
If you’re building with Online Store 2.0 themes you should be able to use Shopify CLI for themes. This way you can set up your environment locally and preview and make changes.
Although I can’t say for sure if it will function correctly without any acces, I’m sure you should be able to test certain functions and safely preview your themes.
