as you see the page screen below, the promostrip section seems duplicated but it is not seperate sections. they seem tied to gether but seem duplicated on the page. Can you help me please?

It has 2 Anouncemen bars and Headers sections. Please disable the duplicate ones
No, it is not possible because they are not seperate sections interestingly. I recorded very short video to explain the situation.

Your header code has an issue. Section code is added in loop case. You can try to open your header.liquid file in Online store > Themes > Edit code, revert it to the original version, and check if it solves the issue.
