One time purchase / Exclusive Product

Hello, I’m new to shopify and don’t know if this is the correct section for my question.

Either way, I was wondering if it is possible to sell exclusive products that’s a one time purchase. Like you buy it once and then nobody else can buy it, it’s gone. But the customer who bought it can download it whenever and how many times they want.

I think this is doable. You can provide a stock for the product. Limit it to 1, this product should not be available for purchase after that but make sure you are not selling if out of stock. Regarding the download, this have to be custom code, or not sure if there is an app to suffice since this seems to be more personalized
