Hi All,
My online store is showing a blank page on desktop only (shows fine on Mobile and Tablet).
I restarted, cleared cache, tried different browsers and still the same.
Can someone please help, I worry it’s affecting customers as well.

Not sure why it’s happening to me, I tried Chrome, FireFox, Edge they all show the same.
Restarted and Cleared all caches, still the same ?‍ :female_sign:

Apologies for the late reply, unfortunately can’t figure out why this happens only on one device (tried from other desktops and laptops, seems to be working fine :neutral_face: )

This is happening to me as well. Only on 1 particular laptop, right after Windows 11 Updates. And it’s annoying, because it’s my developer laptop. 42 Shopify domains tested, all blank (including main Shopify subdomains). Amanda, did you handle to fix it?

Not resolved yet unfortunately , I suspect it’s something to do with a certain Windows 11 update that was installed on the device having the issue. :expressionless_face:

Has anyone fixed this issue ?
I noticed it’s also affecting Google Merchant Center , it authenticates then again shows a blank page.

This is happening to us as well. And we have had customers report the problem. It’s been going on for over a week.

After installing the latest windows 11 update , We can see our website loading normally now (I also checked the Google Merchant center and it’s back to normal) :blush: .
Can you please test now, hope it works for you as well.
