Options and variations not showing on product pages

Hi all.

I have recently imported from a woocommerce store all of my products. They all appear complete in admin but when displaying on the front end do so without any options or variations.

Can anybody help me with this one.

Thanks for the response. Where do I locate theme.scss ? I’ve not edited any of the code before.

I’ve located ‘edit code’ in the Craft theme i am using but cannot find :

product-single__variants in the list.

I am having the exact same problem. Did you figure it out may I ask?

Or is there anyone else that can help us? :slightly_smiling_face:

I did not figure it out. A suggestion was made above but i cannot find the line of code that was referred to yet.

I contacted support and they figured it out for me. It is simple.

Goto Online Store > Customise Theme

From the dropdown menu at the top of the theme editor select ‘products’ then select ‘default product’

On the left hand side settings expand the ‘Product information’ menu

Select ‘add block’

Select ‘variant picker’

You can move the block as any other to the position on the page you wish.

Select save

This will do it for all products.
