Order number is different from usual.
The order number is always a four-digit number, such as #1000, whether it is Point of Sale or Online, but for some reason there was an order the other day with an unusual style, “#13-4086”.
This was a sale at Point of Sale, and other than the order number, there was nothing unusual.
Why did this happen?
