Order tracking page with order history similar to amazon

hello everyone! good morning.

can anyone please guide me with how to add order tracking page similar to amazon and also which can show order history to the customer

thank you

Hey @momsabhiruchi,

Shopify doesn’t natively give you that Amazon-style “all my orders + tracking info” page. Customers can log in and see order history, but it’s pretty barebones and doesn’t show live tracking updates.

If you want something closer to the Amazon experience, you’ll need an app that builds a branded order tracking page with order history baked in. For example, ParcelPanel Order Tracking lets you:

  • Create a “Track My Order” page on your store (no coding)

  • Show customers all their orders in one place, not just the latest shipment

  • Syncs automatically with 1400+ carriers, so tracking is always up to date

  • Send automated updates (emails, SMS) to cut down on “where’s my order?” support tickets

  • Add upsells or product recommendations right on the tracking page

Here’s a real example: Southstar Drug’s ParcelPanel tracking page. They’ve used it to turn post-purchase into a brand experience instead of sending people off to random courier sites.

There’s a free plan + 30-day trial if you want to test it out.

Hope this helps a bit! If it does, feel free to mark it as a solution so others can find it too

Hi @momsabhiruchi ,

Ann here from the BestTrack team.

Shopify’s customer account / order status page can cover the basics, but if you want something closer to Amazon, with a clearer post-purchase tracking experience, you’ll usually need either a dedicated tracking app or a custom customer account setup.

One thing I’d suggest before building a full “Amazon-style” order history page: first check what your customers actually need most. For many stores, the biggest pain is not the full order archive, but customers simply wanting a clear answer to “where is my order?”

A branded tracking page with real-time carrier updates can often solve that first, without making the setup too complex.

Full disclosure: I’m from BestTrack. If you want to test this without committing to a large plan, you can search “BestTrack” in the Shopify App Store. It focuses on branded order tracking and real-time tracking updates, and the free plan supports up to 300 orders/month.

Hope this helps you choose the simpler path first before investing in a more complex customer portal.
