Today Shopify deducted 97$ from me without my knowledge while also stating there plan is only 1$ a month now I am having some financial issues and if I don’t get my money back I will take action I would like a 96$ usd refund to my account
It is most likely you have an active app subscription. Kindly check your billing history by going to >settings >billing >billing history. You can check from there what caused $96 charge. If its from an app subscription, you can reach out to the app developer so, they can further check your account with them and process an app refund if possible.
