A client ordered a high value (599$) and personalized product from my shop, and he opened a chargeback the day he received the product. The package was delivered by FedEx, I tried to contact the customer by email and phone call, but he never replied. So I have to submit the response to the chargeback but after a month later, the chargeback was resolved in the buyers favor! It is ridiculous, is there is anything else I can do? I have been facing this problem for many times actually, but all previously are small amount order, this time it reason makes me feel really disappointed by the Shopify payment.
