Packing Slips no longer showing info

I have never had issues with my packing slips until the app updated recently.

The new issue:

Packing slips no longer display customer name & info. It’s only showing their items.
We offer pick up and now we don’t know who’s order is who’s. We’ve always referred to the packing slip that we place with their pick up package.
Shopify does not have an answer for this

I have not changed any settings

I have always used the “print packing slip” from the Shopify order page

Have you moved from the old “Order Printer” app (which is sunsetting) to a new “Shopify Order Printer” App?

They use different templates and there is a document on migration: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/printing-orders/shopify-order-printer/migration

No I haven’t NO support people have told me to do this

We ran into the same issue a while back and ended up building a free app called PostPrint to make it easier.

It pulls in all the customer info you’d expect on a packing slip, and you can pick and choose what to show or hide. The best part is you can still print it right from the Shopify Admin order page, so it feels like part of the normal workflow.
