I have been having this issue in 96 URLs from products and its variants.
When I seach the URLs directly on the web, they are displayed ok and the product is shown, so and I don’t receive the error 404. However, when I make an URL inspection through Google Seach Console or it reveals all the 404 errors.
It would be very helpful if you could send a screenshot of errors showing up upon URL inspection. I’d be able to provide more guidance once I understand what these error messages refer to in your case. Thanks.

Can you please share a screenshot of the GSC report?
It’s possible that the 404 errors you’re seeing in Google Search Console are due to a delay in Google’s indexing process. Google’s index of your store’s pages may not be up to date, which can result in the search engine reporting 404 errors for pages that are actually accessible.
I would advise you to try the following steps.
Make sure that the pages are actually accessible by visiting them directly in a web browser. If you’re able to access the pages without any issues, it’s likely that Google will be able to access them as well.
Try the GSC URL Inspection Tool
Follow this guide on how to use this tool which allows you to test whether a URL might be indexable or not.
Submitting an updated sitemap to Google can help ensure that the search engine has an up-to-date list of your store’s pages. You can submit your Shopify store’s sitemap Example: https://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml to Google Search Console.
Make sure that there are no broken links on your store’s pages that could be causing 404 errors.
Hope these will help ensure that your store’s pages are being indexed properly by Google and that any 404 errors are resolved as quickly as possible.
