Thanks  I started with checking this “suggestion Check your theme settings to see if there are any language-related options that might be causing the issue. Make sure that all language settings are properly configured”

And yes my settings was not right plus I used old translated language, I removed all of them, and configured alla the settings again and now everything is perfect.

Thank for the advice :folded_hands:

Hi! I had the same problem and fixed it by removing a Chrome extension.

For me, the issue popped up when I opened the editor page in Chrome, but it didn’t happen in guest mode. So, I figured it was something to do with my Chrome settings or cache. Clearing the cache didn’t work, but removing a Chrome extension did the trick.

In my case, it was an AI extension causing the editor page not to load.

Hope this helps anyone dealing with the same issue!

Please disable extension one by one. Disable and then refresh the shopify store page. 100% working solution

You are a star - i removed Harpar AI Chrome extension and suddenly everything started working again. Odd though as i’ve had this extension working for a few months and suddenly it stopped me from working.

I faced the same problem, support did not understand what is wrong, from the incognito tab worked correctly, opened from a partner’s computer - also did not work, then it turned out that by removing the extension all works

Thank you!! This was also my problem.

The Chrome extension Emojie Keyboard has caused issues for me across many different platforms. I just removed it and boom it’s working. So odd.

I also faced the same issue but in my case, it was one of the Chrome extensions which was creating that Error. As soon as I disabled that Extension, the Theme started loading back. Hope this helps.

You guys /girls are genius - it was my Harpar extension!!! so grateful you sorted it out.
