Hi there,
There is a pop-up displayed when a added to cart or buy now button is clicked on the product page.
It works fine on the back-up code. But whenever the code is pushed live it does not pop-up the page just refreshes on the button click.
What could be the issue.

The theme we are using is a Responsive theme by out of the sandbox
