Using the Palo Alto theme: my header appears when I’m in design mode and features a hamburger menu, my logo, the search feature, and the cart. The published version of my site does not show the header for some reason. The default market setting is selected, the header options are all “on”, so I’m not sure what other settings I might be missing?
