I am new and need help. I have a partner account. I have developed a store and added a staff, the staff is going to take over the store. The staff has accepted the invitation.
I do not understand the next steps from there to complete the transfer of the site. Please help

The next steps will be dependent on the state of the store currently. Is the store currently on a development plan, or is it on a paid Shopify plan?
If it is on a development plan then you need to transfer ownership by handing off the store through your partner account. You can find the steps for this here: Shopify Partner Help Center - Transferring store ownership.
