QNB-Simplify is the payment gateway provider of our store.
We have received an email from QNB Bank Qatar saying that ‘Shopify has created a new Payments Platform and has announced that its existing integrations that connect the QNB Simplify Gateway to Shopify will be decommissioned on 31st March 2022. This means that on and from 31st March 2022 any of your transactions that are using the Shopify platform to connect to Simplify will fail’.
But, no such announcement from shopify can be found online. Someone who is aware of this matter can help us.
