So i had one month to set up and i did so chose the 89$ plan but it was a one month offer for 5$ and for some reason now it wont let me cancel the payment so now its gone like 1 week over due please help i cant use my card until this is fixed i need you to take the subscription off

You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue. Please contact Shopify’s support team directly to resolve your subscription problem. They can assist with canceling the overdue payment and updating your plan.
