Hi Shopify Support,

I was unexpectedly charged $50 for my Shopify subscription. When I signed up, I selected the $1/month for 3 months promotional plan.

I’d like to cancel my Shopify subscription entirely and request a refund for the $50 charge. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
