I just started with shopify and signed up for a BALANCE account, received my debit card, and set for selling, buying and money. I made two sales, was told I’d get paid out on the 16th, which is today, payout is showing as PAID, but there is no money in my BALANCE account. I tried live chat with Shopify, but they haven’t been able to help, and I’m really frustrated, as that is money that I earned, and it’s no where to be found. I really need this rectified asap, please.
