Very frustrated with the lack of responses I’m getting from Shopify on this. Without explanation starting on December 1st all payouts for my store were put on hold. I submitted all info and documents as soon as they were requested. I even contacted Shopify support where an agent told me the review should be finished quickly? My small business has been using Shopify for close to three years without issue until now. There is a sizable amount of my businesses funds put on hold which is directly impacting our ability to serve customers during the Christmas holidays. Does anyone have experience with this happening to them? This is super frustrating.
