Payouts pending for almost 3 weeks and problems with changing my bank account

So I’ve had my Shopify store since January and I use Shopify Payments. After I made my first 2 sales I tried to change my bank account so that it would match with my store’s currency. Previously my bank account had a local currency and because I didn’t want to get the conversion fee anymore I created a bank account with my store’s currency (EUR). But when I went to confirm my old IBAN I got an error saying that the bank number I introduced didn’t match the one they had on file. I contacted support a couple of times only for my requests to be escalated or to get no reply.

Finally, after almost a week I managed to change my bank account after I contacted support again and they verified my information. I thought that everything would be ok after that but today is March 12 and all my payouts are still pending from February 22nd. I tried contacting support and they all give me different advice and tell me different things or they simply stop responding. Someone from support said to change my IBAN back to the local currency then someone else said to switch it back to EUR. But when I went to switch them I had the same error as before. I mentioned that in the support conversation and I got no reply. It will soon be 3 weeks of pending payouts and I’m seriously considering switching to a different platform as I am still in the first 3 months. This is all so discouraging and disappointing as I was so excited to have my store on Shopify. Any advice? Or is there anything I can do on my side to fix things? I really don’t want to move from Shopify.

And yes, I do have double factor authentication on.

They would sign off their emails with the department they work in if you are. If yes, then you are connected to the best team to support you with this. I recognize how important it is to get this resolved and to ensure you receive your payouts. Our billing team is the only team that can access payout information and assist you with this, so directing your questions to them is the best course of action.
