All my payouts are “pending” since 2 months.
- We use ShopifyPayments and allows customers to pay with all types of credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- I wanted to double check the payout method (bank account) for correctness but when I click on “change bank account” in order to see details (it’s the only button) it sends me right back to the previous settings page. That seems to be a bug?
- The payout schedule was set to the 31st of each month, but now changed to every business day. Doesn’t seem to make a difference.
The Help Center is completely useless, the “virtual Help Center assistant” just crashes when I type a question. There is literally no other way to get help. So I’m just throwing this post into the void, hoping someone sees this. This is an insanely frustrating experience.
