I’m not getting any clear answers from tech support about payouts. They say that my payouts are set to pay out daily, but they seem to come in random amounts maybe twice a week at the most. I ran a sale last week, and there is quite a bit of money has been sitting there for days. I can’t seem to get the funds to transfer to payout. Can anyone explain this to me? TTIA

Determining the timing and frequency of your payouts is a crucial aspect of financial management. Shopify Payments offers flexibility with daily, weekly, or monthly payout schedules at no additional cost, allowing you to switch between them as needed.
Please note that payouts are not processed on weekends or public holiday. For more info please visit our guide here.
Note: If you updated your Shopify Payments settings from one payouts schedule to another payouts schedule, then pending payouts are delayed until the next applicable payout date on your new schedule.

Doesn’t really answer the question though. The user already said their payouts were set to daily. I’m having a similar problem that started around the same time: my payouts are set to weekly but I’m getting them on rando days, multiple times/week.
