Hi, it has been more than 2 weeks since I got my first order using PayPal express checkout on my store, and 2 more orders since then but all of the orders say payment is pending “PayPal Express Checkout is still processing this order’s payment”. My PayPal express checkout has been set up for a while now so I have no idea why the customers’ payments aren’t processing. I have two emails connected to my PayPal business account, one of which is an external personal one, and the other my Shopify admin email, and I believe the primary email that I used to set up the PayPal account was the external one. Could this be why the payments aren’t processing? If so, what should I do to receive the payments? I fulfilled all 3 orders around the time they were placed despite the payments not yet being processed, but I did not know it would still be pending 2 weeks later. I only have a few days before I can no longer receive the payments at this point (due to the 20 day payment processing limit PayPal has in place), so I would greatly appreciate a solution.
