People using Fake DMCAS to take down small shops!

Hey just today my product got taking down by Shopify. The DMCA is a big lie everything in it.

They said we copied Text, Videos, Pictures and Symbols. Their website is in English and our is in German.

We did everything on our own on our website this is crazy now shopify said i need to wait until 27 of this month to list my Product again! We got a whole different website and our Product is not branded it does not got a logo on it and is different in color size and design also they a straight up lying in the DMCA

Basically you can DMCA someone who is using nothing from you and say that you have a patent and Shopify will take down the product? Imagine how many 1 product stores will have problem with that getting pissed on from above without a reason. That guy that reported me said he has a patent and sent some pictures of a fake patent without even a size or anything in the patent. Our product is so different from that crazy …

No one at the Shopify Staff can help with that? The website is called bleame.com and you are supporting them with closing over 100 Stores! They use fake patents - missing signatures and broken links in the DMCA but still you took down the Product from 100 Stores? What is going on Shopify are you supporting this monopoly behavior? Bleames tactic is to close all stores so they do not got any competition and you are doing nothing against them just because they are on Shopify Plus?
