My name is Ankit & I am founder of datajupiter.tech a marketing technology startup. I am doing some research on things we can do to personalize the experience of visitors coming to any e-commerce homepage. Please find below needs which I am trying to address through features:
- Every customer & visitor will be categorized basis demography, geography & preferences & hence a personalize home page will be shown which will help add relevance.
- Visitors / customers will be shown products basis their browsing preference & demography.
- Geography based re-targeting will be done meaning people from warmer / tropical climate areas won’t be shown winter stuff & vice-versa.
- For repeat customers instead of running a loyalty program a direct discount will be shown which will be exclusive to them & others won’t be able to access or buy at those prices.
- Special B’day or Anniversary designed home page.
I seek your inputs & help if this is an app which merchants would consider & recommend any change if required.
