Thanks for reaching out! I completely get your frustration. You’ve mentioned a few issues so I’d like to tackle them one by one here:
1. “my Facebook account keeps saying it’s not verified”
I’d like to understand this a bit more. Could you provide me with a little more context, please?
I did look up ways that you could get verified on Facebook and found their help documentation on verifying your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
2. “I literally also tried connecting my Pinterest app seven times in a row and it is not letting me download the app for whatever reason”
I can imagine this would be annoying. What kind of error message are you getting when you try to download the Pinterest app to your store? Again, the more context you can give me to put me in the frame, the better I can help you! In the meantime, here is Pinterest’s own help documentation on how to link your Shopify and Pinterest accounts.
3. “I also need help with knowing what my return policy should be, like how that part works.”
You can absolutely generate refund, shipping, terms of service, and privacy policies automatically for your store. However, depending on what you’re shipping, you may want to customize your policies accordingly. We have a great guide on that called How to Create and Communicate Your Shipping Policy (With a Template and Examples).
I understand your panic and sense of urgency, but please don’t feel like you need to struggle - we are here to help.
I would recommend that you reduce the number of elements you try to tackle, and approach them one at a time if at all possible.
