I am now on 1$ plan and after that 25$ will be charge on my account but now due to some issues I am unable to continue my store so my plan is to switch to starter plan for 2 to 3 month and after that again I will switch my plan to basic or some other plan and properly customize my store and also run it properly…is it possible??

Yes, this is possible. You can always upgrade to higher plan.
