Please someone tell why I have 0 sales after 750 visits

This is my store, I started it a month ago. I haven’t done any campaigns, only organic traffic through posting 3 reels a day on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts, and Tiktok. I have several subscribes, a bunch of them males, a bunch of them bots. I post and I post and nothing makes this sell. I don’t know what’s going on, could anyone please get me out of my misery and tell me why

No seriously, here is the link: https://onewithyou.shop

Good karma will follow you through everything if you can offer free help.

Hello @Ayran541 ,

We had a look at your store site and saw your amazing works with the site. We suggest a few things below that you may want to change to create a better customer experience and boost your sales.

  1. Logo:

Your products are for females and express the feminism, but the logo is not eye-catching and not really “soft”, create a good logo that represent your brand meaning is a good way to attract the customers.

  1. Product section:
  • Make sure your products name and price align together to create a better visualization.

  • Highlight your prices to attract your customers or make it bigger to make it eye-catching.

  • Add a star rate next to your price like the screenshot here to give your customers comparison and increase the chance of likelihood to purchase

  1. Pagespeed Insights:

Your site speed performance is not really good. You can improve this by optimizing your images files, you can use a compressing tool to optimize the size of image files without affecting the quality. Besides, you can optimize the theme codes, remove any unnecessary codes or apps to improve the speed performance.

Hope this can help. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

AliReviews team.

Welcome to the Shopify community.

Hope you are doing well. Here are a few suggestions.

Logo: You should need a proper logo to represent your brand. It should communicate your brand’s message, values, and identity. It should be simple, distinctive, and memorable.

Logo Size: It’s important to note that your logo does not need to be exactly 410 pixels wide by 205px high.

Front Images: Use good quality featured and right dimension banner images with call-to-action buttons to captivate user attention. It should be resized images for mobile screens.

Please read these blogs:

https://www.oscprofessionals.com/blog/shopify-image-sizes-the-ultimate-guide/

Images should be in the best format.

https://www.oscprofessionals.com/blog/how-to-specify-image-dimensions-for-shopify-images/

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design.

Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today’s deals, and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.

Your store should be clear navigation. The store should have easy to access the shopping cart.

Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, and social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

Blogs build trust with your customers and improve shopify SEO ranking. Blogs can boost sales.

Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customers’ trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.

Improve SEO, links, usability, and performance score to increase conversion & sales (Your page could be better)

I have checked your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.

Compare your store with your competitors. Also compare your product price with others. Also check the shipping cost you are offering.

Google Search Console :

Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it’s good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible.

If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.

  • Find the Pages, Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products in Their Carts. Check your store bounce rate.
  • Showcase How Popular Product Pages Are. Promote Offers With Push Notifications in the form of Popups or announcement bars. Optimize Your Product Pages.
  • Look at the difference between your New Visitors and your Returning Visitors. For most Shopify stores, your returning visitors will have a much higher conversion rate than your new visitors.

You need to focus on the following points…

  • Highlight product benefits clearly
  • Allow guest checkout.
  • Choose relevant keywords
  • Identify your target customers.
  • Use design to improve user experience.
  • Create Content That Converts
  • Mobile-friendliness
  • Check bounce rate regularly
  • Offer competitive prices
  • Send Relevant Emails
  • Make Use of First-time Offers

Hope these points will help you! We will share with you a free audit report of your store If you wish!

Hi @Ayran541

This is Richard from PageFly - Landing Page Builder App. I would love to share my initial thoughts when first browsing through your online store.

Homepage

1. Make the menu sticky

  • A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want.
  • A sticky navigation bar will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.

2. Add trust badges, tell your brand story

Your products are not everything, your brand credibility is important too. Using trust badges can help you with that. A trust badge section should tell the customers what you have to offer, maybe Free shipping, a Money-back guarantee, Certified products, and so on. There’re a lot of apps for trust badges you might want to check them out on Shopify App Stores. Basically, a trust badge section should look something like this

In addition, it’s also essential to have a brand story section on your homepage. Tell the customers what you do differently, and why they should choose you over other brands out there. This will also help increase your brand credibility and encourage your customers to make a purchase. A brand story section can look something like the image below.

3. Create a unique sign-up form

Having a sign-up form on your site, your customers can subscribe to your newsletter to receive product information, any sales campaign, etc from your store. Make use of your sign-up form and be creative with it, like adding a background image. You can take a look at the image below for an example.

Collection page

1. Use the Load more button instead of pagination

By using the Load more button, customers can compare products loading on one page. This helps to create a constant buying experience for customers

Instead of switching to many pages, and going back and forth, you can replace the pagination with a Load more button.

2. Add average ratings for each product

You should include both the user rating average and the number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements of users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product. You can take the image below as an example.

Product page

1. Use swatches as the selector for Color variations

Instead of a drop-down color selector, you can consider using color swatches to improve your user experience hence better your conversion rate. It should look something like the image below.

2. Subdivide long product descriptions with Sections and Headings

  • Long, unbroken blocks of text or many bullet list items will cause difficulty for users to extract and scan product information. Long product descriptions which were broken up by headings will greatly help users pinpoint relevant information more quickly, and also ignore information that was irrelevant to their purchasing decision.
  • Adding subsection headings helps users easily navigate long lists of bullet points as well as blocks of text. Besides, it also enables users to find relevant information slightly quicker compared to a bullet list without headings of similar length.

Page speed

Your page loading speed is really important, it directly affects your user experience. The page speed is not really good at the moment. You can improve your page speed by optimizing your images. There are many free image compressing tools online to help you with this.

I hope it helps and happy selling!

Warm regards,

Richard | PageFly

Hello @Ayran541 ,

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app - free sales machine.

I’ve taken a look at your store. Your store is already looking nice with an awesome collection!

However, I’ve some suggestions that may help.

  1. Add sections like ‘New Arrivals’, ‘Featured Collection’, ‘Hot Sellers’ to help keep customers updated on new products and give exposure to new collections.
  2. Developing an optimal SEO product title and URL can assist search engines in accurately identifying your products and increasing traffic to your online store. Hence, strive to create distinctive and precise product titles and URLs.

  1. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
  2. Make header sticky
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
  3. I see you are active on social media channels.

Run Contests and Giveaways: Running contests and giveaways on social media is an excellent way to create buzz around your products and encourage engagement.
Offer exclusive discounts and promotions to your social media followers to encourage them to make a purchase from your Shopify store.

  1. Use Influencers
Partner with influencers who have a following that matches your target audience to promote your products.

It’s important to remember that building a successful Shopify store takes time and effort. Keep experimenting with different strategies and tactics, and monitor your analytics to see what’s working and what’s not.

Hello @Ayran541 ,

Firstly, congratulations on launching your online store with Shopify! It’s great to see that you have been consistently posting on various social media platforms and have been able to attract some subscribers.

Do not worry if you do not see any sales despite your efforts. Here, it’s essential to understand that building a successful online store takes time and effort, and your journey matters the most. Until then, you must keep experimenting in the right direction to know what works best for you.

Since you cannot convert visitors or traffic into potential customers, here are some common reasons that might hinder your sales. We suggest some marketing tips you can work on to gain better sales.

  1. Are you targeting the right audience? You mentioned that you have several subscribers, but are they your ideal customers? Try to understand your target audience’s demographics, interests, and behaviors and create content that speaks to them.
  2. Product offering: Are you offering products that people want to buy? Do you have a unique value proposition that differentiates you from your competitors? Ensure your products are high quality and meet the needs of your target audience.
  3. Marketing strategy: Have you considered investing in paid advertising or influencer marketing? While organic traffic can be significant, it may not always be enough to drive sales. Experiment with different marketing channels and see what works best for your business.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more help.

Wish you good luck!

@Ayran541 I’ve got two major suggestions on how your store could be improved.

  1. There should be a section for latest arrivals and trendiest products on the homepage. This is important due to the nature of products you are selling, people are usually drawn to the newest in the store/market.

  2. You have inferred that you are not looking for paid solutions, therefore it only makes sense to recommend a free app I think that could help you. This app is the Seal Subscriptions App. The idea behind the app is provide incentived subscriptions made readily available to customers of all natures be it first timers or people who have already patronized once or numerously before. The idea is that these subscriptions would serve as rewards for the customers to encourage them to shop again in your store. Here is the link to the app https://apps.shopify.com/seal-subscriptions
