Hi,
A while back I installed a popup App.
I then deleted the app as I wasn’t happy with the design.
However, the site is still generating a subscriber popup on the landing page.
Can any one advise how to permanently remove all trace of this?
this is my first post, so be gentle.

When it comes to removing popup apps from your store, it can be a bit trickier than just disabling or uninstalling the app for your admin. When adding certain apps, such as a popup app, you add additional coding into your theme, which is why the popup is still showing. You will need to remove the snippet of code that was added when you installed the app. I always recommend creating a duplicate of your theme as a backup should there be any mistakes during the altering of your code. You can do this by going to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Duplicate in your admin. If you have difficulties or have any questions, you must contact the app developer directly, and they should be able to help you with this.

Unfortunately I don’t know who the app developer was, so I’m unable to seek any support from them.
I don’t suppose you recognise the default popup design in my screenshot?
My site sells high end, aftermarket nylon watch straps. Short term plans are to focus on marketing and selling the current stock, with consideration being given to other materials such as leather and rubber and silicon for the straps.
